Romsey Conservatory Company Limited (ROCOCO) were approached by a customer who was interested in designing and building an wood-effect orangery in Hampshire. It was important to match the traditional visuals and structure of the property, giving the customers an area to relax in during the year.
At ROCOCO we provided the customer with a full turnkey service for their wood-effect orangery in Hampshire that began with architectural-quality designs being drafted up and a full 3D rendering. This was to provide our customers with a full visualisation of the concept along with a full project management service. That includes our resident designer taking on the role of Project Manager (PM), meaning our customers receive complete and seamless service from start to finish, from design to delivery - all with a single point of contact that they can put their questions and queries too.
As we had our designer in the position of PM, they were able to organise the various steps of the build, meaning that everything followed the original design specs and requirements of the customer. The design we have come up with focused fully on making use of timber-alternative solutions for the French doors and windows, while making incorporating finishing touches like the Georgian bar design that offered an elegant contrast on each elevation.
Our design incorporated a tailormade break front that assisted in giving the garden facing aspect greater depth, while enhancing the appreciation of the build from an aesthetic standpoint and maintaining the traditional and original heritage of the property.
The end result was a stunning wood-effect orangery in Hampshire with a traditional look and appeal, that helped to extend the customer's home in a way they had hoped. It provided the customer with a working space that can be used to bring the whole family together.
The addition of the white windows and French doors from Evolution definitely help to bring the property as a whole together with the orangery. ROCOCO made fine use of new roof structure design technologies and materials with a traditional focus to achieve an incredibly strong part of this great property. The customer and their family are very happy with the results
